Therapeutic education

Medical and nursing teams offer therapeutic education programs:

In Cardiology

• Therapeutic education of the coronary patient

• Personalized AVK Education Program

• Education of the patient with heart failure

• Hypertension Patient Education Program.

The therapeutic education program is provided by a cardiologist and a trained IDE team.

In Diabetology

Therapeutic education and management of the diabetic patient (type 1 and 2) in ambulatory hospitalization.
The therapeutic education program is under the supervision of a diabetologist, a dietician and a specifically trained FDI team.

Each cycle of therapeutic education includes an educational diagnosis, education sessions, and an individual assessment.
